Patricia Rodriguez-McNeill

Patricia is a founding partner of Rodriguez Lee LLP and has been practicing Family Law since she was called to the Ontario Bar in November 2005. Since then she worked at a full service law firm in Mississauga, as well as at a boutique Family Law firm in Vaughan, where she gained invaluable litigation experience and developed strong advocacy and negotiation skills.

Patricia is committed to providing her clients with exceptional legal services and support with the aim of achieving the best possible results for her clients as quickly and as cost effectively as possible. Where possible, Patricia encourages her clients to proceed by way of alternatives to litigation in order to achieve negotiated settlements. Where out of court resolutions are not possible, Patricia applies her extensive litigation experience, which includes appearing in all levels of court including the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Ontario Court of Justice.

Patricia is also interested in the Collaborative process as a means of preserving family relationships and family assets. She looks forward to incorporating the Collaborative process into her practice as another way in which to assist clients resolve their issues.

Whether representing clients in or outside of court, Patricia is known for her thoroughness and attention to detail, and for understanding that each client has unique needs and goals which require an individualized approach.

Patricia also appreciates the importance of giving back. She has been a Board Member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of York. , and has worked with the Toronto 2015 Pan Am/Parapan Am Games as a National Olympic Committee Assistant to the Chef de Mision of the Uruguayan delegation, as well as a National Paralympic Committee Assistant to the Chef de Mission of the Puerto Rican delegation. Since 2015, she has also worked with the Law Society of Ontario as a tutor for the Barrister and Solicitor Licensing Examinations.
